Returns and exchanges are only accepted in line with our Refund Policy.

We currently ship across the UAE and GCC. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
