Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Maison Estrellas, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Direct Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or bank-refund returns for any products purchased. Instead, to ensure flexibility, we provide store credit or product exchange under specific conditions (outlined below).


2. 7-Day Exchange & Replacement Policy

You may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • An exchange is applicable if:
    • The product received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
    • The size delivered is incorrect (subject to stock availability).
    • You wish to exchange for another item using store credit.

3. Store Credit Policy

  • If a replacement or exchange item is not available, we will issue store credit equal to the product value.
  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase from our store.
  • To claim store credit, you must contact our support team within the 7-day window.

4. Process for Requesting Exchange/Replacement & Return Shipping

  1. Request Submission
    • Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos/videos of the product.
  2. Approval & Return Instructions
    • Once your request is approved, our support team will share the return shipping address.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • You must send the item back to us using a trackable courier service at your own expense.
  3. Inspection & Resolution
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will either:
      • Ship the replacement product,

      • Issue store credit for the product value to be used on a future purchase.

5. Non-Eligible Items

Exchanges and replacements will not apply to:

  • Products returned without original tags/packaging.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage.
  • Accessories and final-sale items.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For defective/damaged items, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
  • For size or preference-based exchanges, the customer may be required to bear the return shipping charges.
