Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- An exchange is applicable if:

- You wish to exchange for another item using store credit.
3. Store Credit Policy

5. Non-Eligible Items
Exchanges and replacements will not apply to:
- Products returned without original tags/packaging.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage.
- Accessories and final-sale items.
6. Shipping Costs
- For defective/damaged items, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
- For size or preference-based exchanges, the customer may be required to bear the return shipping charges.
